The Bodyline Clinic is excited to launch its brand-new ‘Flex’ programme earlier than expected due to customer demand and the limitations of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Once the lockdown is lifted, for the first-time, client’s will be able to become flexible between a ‘home’ and ‘in-clinic’ service.
So, what is Bodyline Flex?
Bodyline Flex is our new service that helps our customers lose weight around the pressures and time restrictions of everyday life. This new service allows customers to enjoy all the benefits of Bodyline but on a remote programme, as well as being able to venture into clinic for face-to-face support when needed.
How much does it cost?
The cost of this new service is £100 per month. But during lockdown we are allowing all current Bodyline customers who have been in the clinic, within the last twelve months, the chance to trial the new service with a 20% discounted price of £80.
The only additional cost is the postage which is £8.50 per month’s supply. Bodyline will get your medications to you within two days following your consultation with the nurse.
*As soon as Bodyline Clinics are safe to reopen the discount will end and the price of Bodyline Flex with be £100 per month, plus £8.50 postage cost per month’s supply.

It couldn’t be easier for current Bodyline clients to start Bodyline Flex.
All you need to do is call our customer service line Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on 0845 491 8750 and get booked in for your remote appointment. One of our nurses will then call you back within a specific timeframe given on booking and arrange your prescription.
At this time, we are only offering one month’s supply of medication to all clients.
Following your telephone consultation with the nurse, your prescription medications will be sent and will be with you within two days. There is a postage fee of £8.50 which will be added to all orders for this delivery option.
*You have to have been seen in a Bodyline Clinic within the last twelve months’ to be allowed to use this service.
– When Lockdown Is Lifted
When restrictions on lockdown are lifted or eased across the UK, and it is safe for Bodyline to reopen its clinics, all new clients will start their Bodyline journey on the Bodyline Flex programme.
New clients just need to call the Bodyline team to book their appointment on 0845 491 8750. They will then have their initial consultation at their chosen clinic where they will start their Bodyline weight loss journey.
Bodyline Flex has been launched to give all of our clients the flexibility to fit their weight loss programme around their lifestyle – this new service will allow clients the chance to mix and match at their own leisure between in-clinic and remote appointments.
Existing clients who have visited the clinic in the last twelve months, will have the option to upgrade to Bodyline Flex or remain on the current programme at the cost of £80 per month.
Existing clients who have not been to the clinic within the last twelve months, will be treated as a new client, as the nurse-led team will need to do a full medical review before your weight loss journey can restart on the brand-new Bodyline Flex programme.
How does Bodyline Flex work?
At the initial consultation, all clients will be given a one-week supply of their prescribed medication as well as a blood pressure monitor to enable accurate blood pressure checks to be taken from home. Clients will then have the choice to have an in-clinic or remote consultation.
The only time you will have to pop back into your nearest Bodyline Clinic is every 12 weeks for your clinical review. That’s it. The rest of your weight loss programme can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Of course, the beauty of Bodyline Flex is you can pop into your nearest Bodyline clinic at any point in your weight loss journey – all you have to do is turn up.
What’s B.O.D and is it part of Bodyline Flex?
Yes, it very much is. B.O.D stands for Bodyline On Demand and is Bodyline’s unique, online and interactive members information hub.
B.O.D is a member’s area offering Flex wrap around care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
B.O.D is full of helpful information, hints, tips, video’s and forums along with guidance and support from amazing experts in Personal Styling, Fitness, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Nutrition – all are very excited to be part of B.O.D.
