Job Description

Bodyline Medical Wellness Clinics is a UK wide CQC-regulated and Home Office registered clinical wellness group with over 18 years of experience and an excellent reputation for providing gold standard patient services. Specialising in the fields of obesity, metabolic and female health, Bodyline delivers patient centric and medically supported services either through a direct to patient service or via its clinical trial services division.

With company headquarters based in Disley, Stockport Cheshire, Bodyline operates its services across 7 clinic locations in the Northwest, as well as a remote telehealth service covering the wider UK region.

The role is patient facing, and you will provide professional support to the Clinic Manager in our Stockport/Openshaw/Warrington.

You will need to have a minimum 5 years' experience in a customer facing role.

You will be part of a wider Clinic Manager team and will also cover holidays in other clinics across the Northwest, as required. This role provides great opportunities for personal development within a growing medical services clinic group.

The business is expanding into exciting new areas, both in the development of new treatments but also new clinical services.

This is a full time role with weekend and evening work required as per clinic opening times.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager
  • Work in partnership with the nursing team.
  • Daily operations of the clinic to ensure highest level of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Engage with both current and prospective patients via various communication channels to secure bookings and reminders.
  • Making outbound calls to reengage with our historical patient database
  • Send out prescriptions to clients.
  • Upsell of appointments and products to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage clinic diaries working with the Clinic Manager and Customer Services Manager to ensure the clinics are maximising every opportunity.
  • Manage the Pabau CRM patient record and diary system, ensure all patient records are accurate and updated.
  • Make appointments and take payments.
  • Assist in the undertaking of effective monthly stock takes and audits reporting any anomalies immediately to the Clinic Manager.
  • Support the Clinic Manager and clinical staff with any needs to secure best practice and best patient journey and make sure it is in line with policy and procedures.
  • Work with the Clinic Manager to roll out any new incentives and ensure all marketing within the clinics is up to date.
  • Work with the Clinic Manager to resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner or if required escalate to the Customer Service Manager
  • Assist the Clinic Manager to meet weekly KPI's.
  • Provide holiday cover at our clinics over the Northwest, where required.

Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have an outgoing nature to engage with patients and all the Bodyline team.
  • A passion for delivering gold standard services to all our patients.
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • Good computer skills – training on the specialist system will be given.
  • Ability to meeting targets set.
  • Previous experience within healthcare/ wellness sector preferred but not essential.
  • Car driver essential (Own Car) and willing to travel various clinic locations
