Fuel, Move, Sleep & Repeat

Keeping track of your progress is important so that you can celebrate your successes, but also so that you can begin to pinpoint where things could possibly be going wrong.

Every morning, record how many hours you managed to sleep the night before.

Keep a separate food diary (download available here) and keep track of how many calories you are eating per day.

Push yourself every day to walk more! Aim for at least 10,000 steps a day.

Most importantly, record how you feel at the end of the day! Are you feeling amazing because you’ve been super active today or feeling disappointed because you only managed to walk 4,000 steps?.

Write it down, with the easy to follow guide. Click the icon below for your free download.
