The Calories In Your Condiments

Condiments is a topic that doesn’t just divide friends and families, but the nation. Can you really have ketchup with a roast dinner? And is salad cream an acceptable accompaniment to chips? We all have our favourites and more often than not, load them up onto our plates without giving it a second thought. But do you actually know the nutritional content of your favourite sauces?

We’re going to be revealing the calories in your condiments as well as the salt, sugar and fat content that you need to know too. So, is it really worth having that extra helping of sauce?

Ketchup

It has been rumoured throughout the news that us Brits are falling out of love with ketchup, but it is definitely still a top contender and luckily for you, it isn’t that high in calories either.
