Food Ideas.

Hi all,

I joined last Wednesday – I got weighed on Monday and I’ve lost 3lb. All going well with very few symptoms, dry mouth and some disturbed sleep.

What sort of things are people eating? How long of a gap are you leaving between meals?

Any meal ideas would be much appreciated. I’m vegetarian but any suggestions are welcome as you can find so many meat alternatives these days!
