Bodyline Statement

We have made the decision that from today, Bodyline Clinic will be moving to a remote prescription service for all of its nine clinics. The safety and wellbeing of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance to us here and we are taking these steps to make sure you all remain fit, well and can continue on your weight loss programme.

This does mean our clinic today (23rd March) at Birkenhead WILL NOT be going ahead as usual, if you wish to collect your medications today, then please call 0845 491 8750 and speak to our team to organise collection under our new remote way of working.

Remote Phone Consultations

As said, we are now offering remote consultations via telephone to our existing Bodyline clients (attended in the last 12 months) wishing to limit social contact.

  • Call our customer service team on 0845 491 8750 (9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday) and book in a slot for a remote prescription appointment at your usual clinic. All clients will have to pay in full (by card) at the time of booking the appointment. We will only be issuing remote prescriptions for a month’s supply.
  • You will then be offered a thirty-minute slot, where the nurse will call you within the usual clinic’s opening hours in which they will carry out the telephone consultation. The consult will take approx. 5mins.
  • In this consultation, if there are no changes in your overall health, you will be prescribed a month’s supply of your usual Bodyline medication.
  • You can then come and collect your medication from your usual clinic, within the usual clinic opening times.
