The Brand-New Bodyline

Bodyline is now back open and has two fantastic new treatment programmes to offer our clients to help them achieve their weight loss and wellbeing goals in 2020. Since we have reopened our doors, we are now operating an appointment only system.

No More Drop-In Style Sessions – Appointment Only System

We will no longer be operating a drop-in style session in any of our clinics. We will commence an appointment only booking system as well as two new treatment programmes for both our existing and new clients to choose from.

Two New Exciting Programmes

These are called Bodyline Flex, which launched recently and Bodyline Home. Bodyline Flex is available now and Bodyline Home, our fully remote service, will be launching very soon.

Bodyline Flex our new programme costs £25 per week.

What is Bodyline Flex and How Much Does It Cost?

So, what is Bodyline Flex? Bodyline Flex helps our clients lose weight around the pressures and time restrictions of everyday life. This new service allows clients to enjoy all the benefits of Bodyline, but on a programme that allows you to be flexible between in-clinic and remote appointments. The cost of this new service is £100 a month, plus a delivery charge if you chose to opt for your appointment remotely and medication delivered to your door. All appointments just need to be booked ahead.

We know over the months and years our clients sometimes struggle to get into their clinic to be able to receive their medication due to work or family commitments. This flexible system ensures we are always there for you and should you not be able to get into clinic we can still provide a remote consultation; you just need to book an appointment.

As a business, we have had to make significant changes to be able to support Bodyline Flex, including increasing staffing hours and business costs.

So now with Bodyline Flex there is no more waiting around, no more paying for parking or using up your fuel. We will do all the hard work.

I have visited Bodyline in the last 12 months:

It couldn’t be easier for current Bodyline clients to start Bodyline Flex.

All you need to do is call our customer service line Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on 0800 995 6036 and get booked in for your in-clinic or remote appointment the choice is yours.

I choose to have my next appointment in-clinic

If you choose to attend Bodyline in-clinic our customer service team will book you an appointment as soon as possible in your nearest Bodyline clinic. A deposit of £25 will be taken to secure your appointment slot, this deposit is fully redeemable against your medications. At this appointment, after your medical health check, you will be provided with a month’s worth of medication.

At this first appointment you will pay for your month’s supply of medication, minus your deposit, which will cost £75.

I choose to have my next appointment over the telephone (remotely)

If you want to use the flexibility of doing your Bodyline programme remotely, when you book your appointment one of our team will take £108.50, which includes a postage fee of £8.50.

One of our nurses will then call you back within a specific timeframe given on booking to undertake your telephone consultation and dispense your prescription.

We are only offering one month’s supply of medication to all clients that chose to re-start remotely.

After the call, your prescription medications, along with a blood pressure monitor and waist tape will be sent and will be with you within two days.

It has been over 12 months since I visited Bodyline, or I am new to Bodyline

If you have not visited Bodyline in the last twelve month’s or are new to Bodyline we will need to assess your medical needs.

Because the health of our clients is at the forefront of everything we do, you will need to follow a slightly different process than our existing clients.

On your initial call with our customer service team, a charge of £65 will be taken to secure your appointment slot, this includes the full medical health check.

At this appointment, you will be provided with a week’s worth of medication.

Our in-clinic team will also book your second review appointment which will be in a week’s time. This is simply to make sure you’re happy with your medication and review the first week of your programme and then you will be prescribed a month’s worth of Bodyline medication, a blood pressure monitor and a waist tape to keep check of your waist measurements. You have already paid for one week of your monthly medication, so a charge of £75 will be taken.

After this second appointment our new clients can choose between remote and in-clinic appointments giving them the flexibility of our programme.

I am a Bodyline SlimPen client

It couldn’t be easier for current Bodyline clients to start Bodyline Flex.

All you need to do is call our customer service line Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on 0800 995 6036 and get booked in for your in-clinic or remote appointment the choice is yours.

I have visited Bodyline in the last 12 months

All you need to do is call our team and choose whether you want your appointment in-clinic or remotely. Either way the costs stay the same. You will be given two pens, a blood pressure machine and waist tape in your first appointment and this will cost £200. If you require sharps box and needles these cost £15.  If you choose to opt for our remote service a postage charge of £8.50 will be added to have your medication delivered to your door within two days.

All you need to do is call our customer service team to book your appointment.

Bodyline has a range of medications for you and your nurse to choose from, if in this first initial consultation SlimPen is chosen as the suitable option, our SlimPen programme starts with a cost of £130 (as you will have paid £65 on your initial call an uplift payment of £65 will need to be taken to cover the required £130) for the first two weeks, which includes one SlimPen, a blood pressure machine and a waist tape, as well as sharps box and needles.

At your second appointment, you will be given your next SlimPen which costs £100. Subsequent appointments you will be given two pens.

Bodyline Home – Our Fully Remote Service Launches Soon…

So, what’s changed? Bodyline is now an appointment only service that offers two programmes Bodyline Flex or Bodyline Home. Bodyline Flex is available now and Home will be available very soon.
