BODYLINE FAQS – Your Questions Answered

Here at Bodyline, we always try and make sure our clients are informed and kept up to date with any changes or new product or service launches.

To help, we’ve put together some information on the most common questions we get asked across our social media channels and customer service department.

How do I book an appointment?

To book your in-clinic or remote telephone appointment with one of our nurses, you need to call the team on 0800 995 6036. Please note that our social media team cannot take bookings as we do not have access to the booking system. For queries on your booking, you can also email on customerservices@bodylineclinic.com.

I’ve tried calling, nobody has answered.

Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We do our very best to take each call as it comes in, but we do experience very busy periods, and this is not always possible. In that case you will be put on a waiting line, where you can choose to wait for your call, leave a voicemail, or try again another time. Alternatively, you can fill your details out on our online form and a member of the team will get back to you when they get a chance – www.bodylineclinic.com/bodyline-flex.

The social media team cannot help you with this as they have no access to the phone lines or the booking system – they can only answer general questions about Bodyline. You can always email Bodyline on to on customerservices@bodylineclinic.com

How much weight will I lose?

This will ultimately depend on each individual taking our range of medications. We offer both prescription and natural well-being products, all of which work differently for each person. This can depend on all sorts of things such as starting weight, diet, exercise and other lifestyle habits, and therefore weight-loss of a certain figure cannot be guaranteed. On average, our customers lose over a stone in their first month, regardless of choosing our prescription or natural medications, so we suggest this is used as a guideline for your expectations.

Do I need to go on a diet too?

Yes, as part of your Bodyline programme we will give you advice on what your diet should look like to aid in weight-loss. Our medication acts as an appetite suppressant, sending signals to your brain that your stomach feels full, so you will naturally start to notice that your eating habits change. You will not lose weight by continuing to eat and exercise the same amount as before, our medication simply acts to help keep your cravings under control and boost your energy levels during the day to help with exercise.  We recommend that our clients cut down to 1200 calories per day in order to reach their weight-loss goals.

Why can’t I take this before/after pregnancy?

Due to CQC and Home Office regulations, we are not prohibited to prescribe anyone any of our medications while they are pregnant, breastfeeding or under six months postpartum. We like to operate in an ethical manner here at Bodyline, and your body needs time to repair itself and adjust back to normal after giving birth. In addition, it’s not recommended to take certain medications whilst breast feeding.

I’ve not been for some time; can I start again?

If you’ve attended one of our clinics within the past 12 months, we will still have your up to date details on record and you can still access Bodyline medication without having to go through the initial sign-up process again. If it’s been longer than that, we will need to register you as a new client.
